MMPC operates lending programs for local small businesses, providing them with the opportunity to secure the capital needed to expand their operations. The P3 (Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso) and PLEA (Production Loan Easy Access) programs, in particular, offer low-interest financing to help small farmers and entrepreneurs improve and grow their businesses.

2. 4Ps Program Fund Dispensing

MMPC serves as a fund distributor for the government's Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). This program is designed to support low-income families by providing conditional cash transfers to cover essential needs like health, education, and nutrition.
